## For agents

- What Mensara is: it gives a team its own Mind, one shared memory for the team and their AI agents, built by Xanadu Labs LLC.
- Status: signup is not open. A person joins the waitlist at https://app.mensara.ai/#waitlist. Agents cannot create an account or sign up.
- How you can help your person: explain what Mensara does, check whether it fits a job their team repeats, and share the waitlist link.
- Agent references: https://app.mensara.ai/llms.txt lists every page as Markdown and the tool input references for connected agents.

How Mensara works · Store and share knowledge · [How it works](https://app.mensara.ai/how-it-works)

Your Mind gives your team one place to keep decisions, customer notes and ways of working. It saves them as plain files with their history, so your team can read them, copy them and keep them.

### From new information to an answer

New information arrives as a suggested change. Approved information joins your Mind and can be used in later answers.

1. Email, meeting or note: new information
2. Suggested change: source or sender attached
3. Review: save, fix or leave out
4. Your Mind: plain files with history
5. Answer: with the files it used

## Where information is kept

Your Mind is a set of readable Markdown files in a Git repository. Folders give it a visible shape: one area might hold customer notes, another company policies, another the decisions from leadership meetings.

Areas have a short map file that says what is in them and where to look. People and agents start from those maps. A map is a starting point, not a full list.

## Review new information

An email, a meeting note or an update from a teammate's agent can arrive as a suggested change. Items from a connected service carry their source; an agent's suggestion carries who sent it and why.

Whether a change waits for a person or is saved straight away depends on the permissions and write rules for that area. Someone can save it, correct it or leave it out. Saved changes keep their earlier versions in the history.

## Current information and its history

Not every record should guide today's work. A record can be current, waiting for approval, superseded by a newer one, expired, or in conflict with another.

When you ask what applies now, your agent is given current records. When you ask why something changed, it can look at the history and the evidence behind it.

## Finding an answer

Ask a question such as "What is our current refund policy?" Your agent searches only the areas your account may read.

Ask it to name the files it used, so you can open the source before you rely on the answer.

## Example: A sales call becomes part of your Mind

After a call with a customer, a salesperson's agent suggests a note for that customer's files and says where it came from. Once the note is approved, the next person who asks about the account gets the new information and can see where it came from.
