Mensara gives your team one shared memory, your Mind, that people and their connected agents read. Each agent stays within the access of the person it works for. It fits when the same background comes up again and again and you want answers that lead back to a source you can open.

## Picture one job

Suppose you're preparing for a customer conversation. You ask your agent for the current account decision and the open questions, and it looks in the records it's allowed to read. A colleague's agent may see a different set of records for the same customer. Access doesn't travel from one agent to another.

You get an answer with a source you can open and judge.

## When it fits

Start with one recurring question grounded in records your team maintains, such as the handoff before a customer meeting. Check whether the sources your agent returns are the ones you'd use yourself.

Mensara needs an owner who can decide what's shared and review requests for broader access. It's less useful when the work has no sources anyone maintains, when nobody can own those boundaries, or when you expect every agent to see everything.
