Here's what's inside a Mind: what it's made of, how it's arranged, and what it deliberately is not.

The score is plain text files in a git repository. That repository lives in your own account, not a vendor's. Open any file in an ordinary text editor and you'll see exactly what's there. Reading it never depends on anyone else's software staying online.

Decisions you made, and the reasoning behind them. Exceptions to the rule, and why they were exceptions. The way things are actually done, not the way the handbook claims they're done. The lessons that cost you something, written down once so nobody on your team pays for them twice.

The score is organized into named zones: decisions, exceptions, notes, secrets, and others besides. Some zones hold ordinary content, the day-to-day record. Others govern how the Mind itself behaves, and anything proposed there waits for you to say yes. Nothing in that second kind changes on its own.

A Mind isn't a chatbot with your files stapled to it. It isn't a search box pointed at a shared drive you already have. And it isn't a copy of your documents, sitting in somebody else's cloud with a friendlier interface on top. It's the knowledge itself, distilled and written down, owned outright by you.
I spent years trusting systems I couldn't see inside. I wanted to build the one I could open myself, read start to finish, and know exactly what was in it.
