What we keep, and what we never see.

Mensara is operated by Xanadu Labs LLC. This policy covers mensara.ai, the control plane that runs accounts, enrollment, billing, and box provisioning.

What we keep. Your name and email, sign-in records, billing status, and coarse operational records about your box: plan, version, and health. If you apply to join, we also keep your application, including anything you write in the enrollment form, and we delete it on request. That is what it takes to run your account, and it is all we take.

Payments. Card details go to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

What we never hold. Your Mind's content. Knowledge, chat history, files, keys, and credentials live on your box, not on mensara.ai.

Cookies. We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

Sharing. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, payments, and email delivery.

Your choices. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your account data.
