MENSARA TERMS

Plain terms.

These terms cover mensara.ai and Mensara accounts, provided by Xanadu Labs LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account. Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content. Your Mind's content is yours. We claim no rights to it.

Our service. We run the control plane and provision your box. We may update the service over time, and we will take care with changes that affect you.

Fees. As agreed for your plan, billed through Stripe.

No warranties. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending service. You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Xanadu Labs LLC is organized.
