Work with agents
When a colleague's agent picks up a job, it reads the same records in your Mind, but only the ones that colleague can see.
Say your agent prepared a client call from the account records you can read. When a colleague takes the next step, their agent looks for the same records, within that colleague's access. It may find less information or different information, even when the job sounds identical.
Ask each agent to show the sources behind its answer. The handoff works when the next agent can say what it found and where it came from.
