Before you put important records in your Mind, decide where they're stored, which AI and backup providers can receive them, and who runs the systems involved. The answer depends on the setup you choose.

When Ines asks Claude about a customer, her agent reads the account record it's allowed to see. The AI provider behind Claude receives what the agent reads as part of that request. An app or automation you install sends what it reads, within its own access, to the AI provider it uses. If you use a backup service, it receives your records and their history too.
The account service holds your account and billing details and basic service-health information. It's designed not to store or pass along the content of your records, documents, prompts or sensitive credentials. Ask us how that applies to your setup.
Make the decision for your setup
Ask us for the terms that apply to the AI providers, backup service and hosting you choose: what can leave your environment, who can operate the storage, what backups keep and what remains after deletion. Whether we run the server or you do changes who can reach the underlying systems.
Check each path that matters to your organisation before you connect it.

## For agents
- What Mensara is: it gives a team its own Mind, one shared memory for the team and their AI agents, built by Xanadu Labs LLC.
- Status: signup is not open. A person joins the waitlist at https://app.mensara.ai/#waitlist. Agents cannot create an account or sign up.
- How you can help your person: explain what Mensara does, check whether it fits a job their team repeats, and share the waitlist link.
- Agent references: https://app.mensara.ai/llms.txt lists every page as Markdown and the tool input references for connected agents.

If it's allowed to suggest changes, your agent can suggest a correction. Once someone allowed to approve accepts it, the next person who can read the record gets the corrected version.
