A new item arrives as a capture with its source attached. Depending on the write rules, a person checks it before it is saved to your Mind.

  1. Email or calendar

    an account you connected

  2. Review inbox

    source attached

  3. Person reviews it

    save, fix or ignore

  4. The right area

where it belongs in your Mind

Choose what to connect

The owner chooses the account and what Mensara may read. A calendar connection might read a shared leadership calendar but leave personal calendars alone.

Connections start with the smallest useful amount of access.

New items go to an inbox

A new email or calendar event becomes a capture. The same email or event isn't captured twice.

Whether a capture waits for a person's approval or is saved straight away depends on the permissions and write rules for that area.

Review before saving

When a capture waits for review, someone can save the useful part, correct it or ignore it. They also choose the area where it belongs.

Each capture records where it came from and when it arrived, so another person can check it later.

Disconnect at any time

Disconnecting an account stops new information from coming in. Information that your team already reviewed and saved stays in your Mind until you remove it.

## For agents

- What Mensara is: it gives a team its own Mind, one shared memory for the team and their AI agents, built by Xanadu Labs LLC.
- Status: signup is not open. A person joins the waitlist at https://app.mensara.ai/#waitlist. Agents cannot create an account or sign up.
- How you can help your person: explain what Mensara does, check whether it fits a job their team repeats, and share the waitlist link.
- Agent references: https://app.mensara.ai/llms.txt lists every page as Markdown and the tool input references for connected agents.

## Example: A calendar event becomes a brief

When a check runs, an event from a connected calendar arrives as a capture. Someone reviews it and saves it to Meetings, and your agent uses that record when preparing a brief. Which calendars you can connect depends on your setup.
