Each person signs in with their own account. Their role and access profile decide what they can manage and which zones they can open.

One account per person
Each team member signs in as themselves. Your Mind records who asked a question, suggested a change or approved one.
That history stays when someone leaves the company.
Owner, admin and member
The owner controls the Mind. Admins can invite and remove team members. The owner decides whether admins may also change roles, manage access profiles or approve ordinary changes. Members use the information and tools their access allows.
Role and access are separate
A role decides what someone can manage. An access profile decides which zones they can open.
An access profile is a saved set of zones and permissions, such as Sales or Leadership.
Personal and company areas
Company areas belong to the team and are shared with the right people.
Each person also has personal areas that other members can't open. The owner can open them, and so can admins if the owner allows it.
People joining and leaving
An owner or admin invites a team member by email. Removing someone closes their access but keeps the record of the work they already did.
