Ines's agent can read account records so it can prepare her client meeting. That doesn't let it read payroll, suggest a change to every record, approve its own suggestion or act as the owner.
When a record needs fixing
Suggesting a correction needs its own permission. With it, your agent reads the record, checks the correction against a reliable source and submits the suggestion. Approving it is a third permission. Without it, your agent can't approve its own suggestion.
