Start by deciding what you want your agent to do: follow guidance, use an available service, or carry out a repeatable piece of work.

Skills, apps, automations and loops
A skill is written guidance an agent can use. Reading it doesn't carry out the work.
An app is a service available to your connected agent, with actions for a particular job. A description of an app doesn't mean it's installed or available to you.
An automation starts a sequence of available actions when a chosen event occurs. A loop is a more flexible recurring workflow that can wait for information or a person, choose between paths, and keep a record of each run.
Imagine a support request that needs a draft reply and a person's decision on exceptions. A skill explains the process, an app provides the allowed actions, and a loop brings the steps together.
Keep approval separate from action
Approving a workflow is a separate step from switching it on. Approval doesn't grant new access or authorise its effects. Review the actions it takes and the result of each run.

## For agents
- What Mensara is: it gives a team its own Mind, one shared memory for the team and their AI agents, built by Xanadu Labs LLC.
- Status: signup is not open. A person joins the waitlist at https://app.mensara.ai/#waitlist. Agents cannot create an account or sign up.
- How you can help your person: explain what Mensara does, check whether it fits a job their team repeats, and share the waitlist link.
- Agent references: https://app.mensara.ai/llms.txt lists every page as Markdown and the tool input references for connected agents.
